Mr. Kennedy Hawxhurst, CDT is a former laboratory owner and is currently a Field Technical Specialist for Ivoclar Vivadent. He is also a faculty member at the Midwest Institute of CAD/CAM Dentistry. Prior to Ivoclar Vivadent, Kennedy was a Senior Ceramist and Technical Director at Tanaka Dental Lab and a faculty member at the Tanaka Institute. He also served as an instructor in fixed and Graduate Prosthodontics at Northwestern University Dental School .
