“How to Adjust to the New Implant/Attachment Market”

Peter H. Kuch CDT, ZTM

Saturday, July 23     10:30-11:45 AM

The advances in CAD/CAM technology and savvy marketing strategies have lured dentists into sending their hybrid frames to be made directly by the large manufacturers of this high-end machinery. This opens a new avenue for laboratories to explore restoring theses cases. Dentists may request “CAD/CAM” implant bars or hybrid overdenture frames from their laboratories. We provide technicians with other options that will help them retain profitable implant work in their labs. This seminar will also cover how to fabricate a stress-free, semi-precision attachment RPD frame with custom metal housings and lingual arms as separate components from the major connector.

In this presentation, Peter H. Kuch CDT, ZTM covers a new and exciting but yet simple way to design and fabricate hybrid overdenture cases to help laboratories stay profitable with this type of work.
