“In Treacherous Waters; It’s the Captain, Not the Size of the Ship, that Steers to Safety”

Warren Rogers

Friday, July 22       8:30-10:25am

Warren, a USCG licensed Master Captain and lab owner, will present an informed discussion using his passion for business and how it relates to skippering a vessel. Warren will demonstrate that it’s not the size of your dental lab that will make it through challenging times, but the lab owner who will create sustained growth and vitality. He will outline the current market conditions within dentistry and discuss some predictable trends based on other industries and historical events affecting our industry. His presentation will offer fact based evidence of how to right your ship in stormy times, make informed decisions on choosing a new direction, strategic plans that work and growth in a bad economy.  The course will cover Key Performance Indicators that will help you identify the lab’s performance, agility and potential. Other topics include getting the full benefit of your marketing dollar and identifying who the right customer is for your business.
